Owner / President Jeff has lived in Fort Worth, Texas since 1991. He started Guinco in his garage in April of 1997 as a technician. Aside from presidential duties, Jeff also dabbles as janitor, installer, salesman, dispatcher, customer service rep, accountant, and part delivery gopher. Jeff started in the family business at age 13 (HVAC and appliance service). He served in the United States Navy for four years and then moved on to an HVAC and appliance service company in Tulsa, Okla. From there he moved to Texas and was a top Whirlpool factory service technician for several years, as well as worked in the home-building industry before starting Guinco Service. Jeff has been married for 27 fantastic years to his wife, Toni, and has two sons (Jared, 25 and Ethan, 21) whom he considers his best friends.
Jeff loves to snow ski and scuba drive. But ultimately, he considers sitting around the dinner table with his wife and boys (enjoying a great steak with all the trimmings) to be his all-time favorite place. Jeff's CD collection is full of southern rock, blues, country, and jazz. Among his favorite movies are "The Shawshank Redemption", "National Lampoon's Vacation", "Plains, Trains & Automobiles," and just about anything with Will Ferrell in it. His favorite books are "Total Money Makeover," "Good to Great," and "E-Myth." Jeff is a member of the United Servicers' Association.
He is also a member of a select group of servicers across the U.S. known as the "Peer One" group. He is the assistant coach for the company softball team, the Penguins. On any given sunny day, the boss can be a little hard to find if he's out taking a long ride on his Harley. He's also a PADI certified Master Diver. We refuse to call him Master in the office, but he gave it a good run. Jeff looks forward to many years of continual growth and meeting new friends and associates along the way.

Vice President / Presidential Wrangler Toni, Jeff's wife and co-worker, has also lived in Fort Worth since 1991. She came home from her job as an administrative assistant in 2000 to help Jeff get Guinco up and running. Toni started out as the lone office staffer but now serves as Vice President.
Toni wouldn't trade her adventurous 27 years of marriage to Jeff for anything. Working together in one office as husband and wife has its challenges, but has been very rewarding and full of laughter for the most part. Toni has two wonderful sons, Jared and Ethan, who keep her hoppin' most days. She loves to travel with her family and see new places, but also likes to spend quiet time wrapped up in a blanket reading a great book.
Toni likes to keep life silly and fun, so she enjoys comedic movies. "So I Married an Ax Murderer", "Pirates of the Caribbean", and "Anchorman" all have a place in her DVD collection. Any book by J.R. Ward or Sherrilyn Kenyon are her faves, but she'll read a good suspense or mystery novel from time to time.
Toni's favorite music is jazz, which is greatly enjoyed when listened to live in her favorite place, New Orleans! Although Key West now runs a very close second. On second thought, let's make that St. John, in the U.S. Virgin Islands!

Appliance Service Manager J.D. has made his home in Saginaw, Texas for the past few years, but has lived in Texas since 1997. He began working for Guinco in 2002 and has quickly worked his way up from technician to Service Manager. J.D. wrangles all the technicians for us and keeps everybody in line and on track. Not to mention the hundreds of small tasks he handles and keeps track of in the office. He has been in the business for 14 years, but before that he served in the U.S. Air Force working on radar equipment.
J.D. is married to London, and they share their home with two German Shepherds, one Yorkie, and one Chihuahua. J.D. and London just welcomed their first son, Dylan, into the fold! Congratulations Moss family!
He is an avid classic car fan (mostly Mustangs), loves drag racing, and is an expert in creating inventive ways to annoy Jeff. When working on his classic Mustangs, he likes to listen to Pink Floyd, The Cure, Nine Inch Nails and Depeche Mode. When relaxing, J.D. likes to watch movies such as "Super Troopers" and "Face Off". Every year, J.D. tries to visit Colorado, so he can obviously be counted on to cheer for the Denver teams--the Broncos and the Avalanche. When forced, it appears he'll also cheer for the Dallas Stars.

Office Manager
Rachel has lived in Fort Worth, Texas for almost six years with husband, James and their two adorable kids, Gavin and McKenzie. One Golden Retriever named O'Malley, one black Scottie named Sheldon (we like that show too!) and one wheaton Scottie named Honey also reside at the Harrison residence. FYI - for you Scottie fans out there, Rachel does breed her pair, if you're looking to beam up a new addition to your family.
Rachel started working at Guinco in June of 2007 as a CSR. However, she quickly moved on to many more responsibilities once we realized what an asset she is! She has previous experience in customer service from serving as manager to a nationwide retail chain, as well as call center rep for a home loan company.
Rachel just likes to hang out with her friends and play pool or cards, nothing fancy. She'll listen to pretty much any kind of music, but absolutely LOVES BON JOVI! She is a huge NASCAR fan (yeah, she's a Dale Jr. groupie) and attends most home TCU football games. The one thing she will never miss attending? McKenzie's dance performances! Rachel has been to the beautiful state of Hawaii and wishes she could stay there; or at least an all inclusive resort on a beach somewhere.
One thing Rachel will absolutely not do? Cheer for the Dallas Cowboys! Come on Rachel! That's considered a felony in these parts!

Dispatcher Lisa has lived in the Fort Worth area for 16 years, specifically Lake Worth / Saginaw for the past several years. She started work for Guinco in the spring of 2005 and quickly became an irreplaceable asset. Lisa is your dispatcher, handles booking of HVAC appointments, as well as dozens of other small jobs.
Lisa is married to Gary and has four great kids (Shannon, Katelyn, Nathan and Reagan), one little dog named Sadie and a cat named Jovi. Oh yes, and one bearded dragon!
She likes 80's and country music, and is a total Bon Jovi freak! Even though he's had some "issues" lately, she is still a fan of Mel Gibson movies such as "Braveheart" and "The Patriot". Lisa's favorite place to be is home with her family, hanging in the pool, enjoying movie night or playing volleyball. But if she does venture out, the beautiful beaches of Mexico are the place to go! Her favorite sports team? The Penguins! Oh, and sometimes the Dallas Stars.

Special Projects Organizer Jared has lived in south Fort Worth since he was a wee lad of 5. He has worked for Guinco since 2001 and is now on board full time. Jared attended the University of Oklahoma in Norman before coming back to Texas to attend UTA. He shares his home with a part wolf / part German Shepard giant puppy named Dusk, and now his little brother Ethan. Yeah, we'll see how this experiment goes!
Jared enjoys hanging out with friends and listening to local bands when he has the chance. One of Jared's all time favorite hobbies is snow skiing in the Rocky Mountains! He is a double black diamond man and has skied many of Colorado's top runs with his dad and brother. Another favorite spot to vacation is Maui. Jared is a two-time Road to Hana survivor! His all time favorite place to unwind, however, is St. John, U.S.V.I.! Jared is also a Certified PADI Diver.
During fall, Jared can be found cheering on his team, the Oklahoma Sooners! The Cowboys also hold a place in Jared's heart, as do the Mavericks and the Rangers! He is all about supporting the local teams. Jared plays left field for the Penguins and is also the team captain (head Penguin wrangler) for both the softball and flag football teams. Go Penguins!

Marketing Department Joe walked in to Guinco back in April 2010, straight out of college. At the ripe old age of 26, he is Fort Worth born and bred. Joe has been a personal trainer with the YMCA, and worked IT in the Texas A&M Athletics Department. He now runs the parts department and helps with our social media marketing!
Favorite Music: Incubus, Kanye West and the late Michael Jackson. Wow, that is just all over the place there, Joe. Being a big baseball fan and former player, one of Joe's favorite movies is "The Field of Dreams". Other fave action flicks include "Gladiator," "Godfather," and "Star Wars." Joe says all he does in his spare time is watch sports (well evidently you at least watch a movie every once in a awhile). Joe will watch any kind of sports; he's not a picky guy. However, he does very specifically cheer for any of the teams from the University of OU. Boomer Sooner! He is also the lead-off hitter for the Guinco Penguin softball team. Go Penguins!

Customer Service Representative Lori just joined us back at the beginning of summer 2010. She loves to talk, which is handy since she's our newest CSR! Previous job experience is "domestic goddess" as well as permanent employment secured by her gaggle of kids. We would like to know the going rate for that position, so we might back-bill ours! Three boys and one beautiful little girl keep Lori running in circles when she's not hanging with us during the day. Lori is also employed by her three-legged dog Kassie (a.k.a. Tripod - that is just wrong!) and a Ball Python named Karma. What happens if Karma gets loose?! Bad karma! For everybody.
Lori is a certified scuba diver, but when she's not paddling around, ogling fish under the deep blue sea she does like to read books and watch movies. A romantic at heart, her favorite movies are "Love Actually" and "Gone with the Wind" (which is also her favorite book). Lori's IPod is loaded with every kind of music, which she enjoys jammin to anyplace considered tropical! We'll throw some sand down for ya in the back of the warehouse and put a little umbrella in your morning coffee!

Customer Service Representative Brennan has lived in Weatherford for all of his young life, and has been a part of Guinco's Install Crew since Spring 2011. He dabbled in catering before completely switching gears to a/c..... that IS an extreme change! His family consists of his Mom (Kelley), Dad (Tracy), and siblings Justin, Summer, Brey, and Shelby. As for pets.. he has a no named cat that comes and goes. Does that count as HIS pet?
Brennan is an outdoor sport junkie! If he's not biking or kayaking, well he's rock climbing. He's also been known to bust a move on the dance floor now and again, and has already exposed the Guinco crew to his vocal karaoke stylings. We've been asked to hide the machine next time. His favorite kinds of music are the songs he's never heard....? His favorite movie is The Other Guys, which is right up his alley. Brennan relaxes by reading The Fallen. We didn't know you sat still that long, Brennan!
If there was anywhere he would rather be, he would choose to be in the water. Kayaking or swimming we assume. His favorite sports team is the Mighty Ducks, and he is also a member of the newly formed Guinco Running Club.

Office Help / Marketing Ethan has lived in Fort Worth almost all of his 21 years, and began working for Guinco at the beginning of summer 2006 as a web designer / gopher / installer / parts delivery guy / office clown. Ethan lives in Fort Worth in a nice bachelor pad with some other fellas, his West Highland Terrier, Finlay and newest member of the family Ranger, a lab / heeler mix puppy!
Ethan spends his time either playing sports or working out, but on the side is into architecture, web site designing and is a major WWII buff. He listens to just about any kind of music, but prefers Texas Country. He likes to watch "Band of Borthers", "We Were Soldiers" and "The Hangover". He also loves to listen to comedians such as Kevin Hart and Mitch Hedburg. He claims Webster's Dictionary as favorite reading material (doubtful). Other than that, he hangs out with his friends. Ethan is already quite the traveler at his age, and loves to visit Hawaii (Maui), Mexico, U.S.V.I., Colorado and Florida.
He is also an MS II cadet in TCU's Army ROTC Horned Frog Battalion He is a member of the Guinco Penguin softball team, flag football team, and started the Guinco Running Cub. And, he actually talked us into bowling teams.... we discovered that only a couple of us actually need to pursue this sport with any amount of seriousness! But thanks for introducing us to great fun, E! Go Penguins!

Parts Department Walter has lived in Haslet for the past five years and signed on to Guinco in April 2010. At home, Walter is surrounded by women - wife, Julie, daughters, Tiffany and Amy, and mother-in-law, Gloria. That doesn't even include one little parakeet named Tinker Bell. We're betting Tink is a girl too.
Walter looks too young for it, but he is retired from the U.S.A.F. That's awesome, Walter! He also worked a couple of years as an aviation technical recruiter. He loves to spend time with his ladies, likes to travel, ride motorcycles and is hoping to get a private pilot license! Pop and New Age music are on his play list and SciFi, Fantasy and Action movies are his favorites.
He loves going to Orlando, Florida so much that he has been to Walt Disney World TEN TIMES. This is not a typo. Ten. Times. You are a brave man, Walter! He is not into sports. No kidding! Who has time after all those mouse ears! Go Mickey!

Appliance-Field Manager Jon has lived in Flower Mound, Texas for ten years now. He has gained his experience in the field by working over 20 years in this industry, and while working with Jeff at Whirlpool Factory Service. Guinco was very lucky to bring him on board in 2005, and customers living in the northern parts of the DFW Metroplex agree!
Jon is happily married and has two children, one dog and one cat. His favorite place to be is home, but when looking for something to do he has a whole slew of hobbies he loves to indulge in: golfing, hunting, fishing, volleyball and softball.
Clint Eastwood movies make Jon's day, as well as most comedies. Jon loves to laugh and can be counted on to provide a laugh or two to the girls in the office every day! He reads home improvement "Do It Yourself" books. Jon is a Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers fan. He is a member of Lifetime Fitness, and is the veteran pitcher for the Guinco Penguins!

Full Line Appliance Tech Jeff came in from the countryside a few years back to live in the big city of Fort Worth. He has been a major part of our Guinco family since early 2002. Jeff started out working in the shop and went on to become a full line technician for the south Fort Worth area. Go Little Jeff!
Jeff has one son, Jeffrey, who is his spittin' image! If Jeff's not at the gym working out, he's relaxing at home with his beautiful brand new wife, Amanda. He's also been known to attend a concert or two. He is a hard-core rocker whose favorite place to hang out is Guitar Center. When not involved in music, he'll watch "Wedding Crashers" and can quote "Anchorman" verbatim. His favorite book is "Jurassic Park".
He currently cheers on the Denver Broncos. Jeff is also an outstanding outfielder and third baseman for the Guinco Penguins! A recent hobby LJ has picked up is frequently cooking on his beloved EGG. We all like this hobby and take advantage of it as often as possible!

Full Line Appliance Tech Dustin has lived in Azle, Texas for over ten years and has been with Guinco since fall of 2002. Dustin and his loving wife, Amy, have a full house with their two adorable little boys, Austin and Corbin, a dog and two cats. Lots of commotion underfoot!
Dustin's musical taste runs toward classic rock, but he'll listen to pretty much anything. He likes camping, hiking and biking but he also greatly enjoys traveling to California as often as possible. Dustin has discovered the words of wisdom of Dave Ramsey and has read his book.
Dustin doesn't really cheer for any one sports team in particular. But is a life long member of Guinco and the Fought Household. We like that!

Full Line Appliance Tech Rafael makes his home in Arlington, Texas. He has been with Guinco since 2005, and is a customer favorite in the area with his big smile and courteous manner. Rafael has been in the appliance business for several years.
Rafael and his wife, Silvia, have two beautiful daughters, Vanessa and Natalie. Also swimming at home in the Martinez household are six fish! Rafael is a laid back kind of guy and enjoys all sports and any kind of music. He likes to watch "Lord of the Rings" and "White Men Can't Jump". He is also a supporter of Sports Illustrated magazine, which he likes to read at home, on his couch, in front of the television while watching the Chicago Cubs.
Rafael's favorite spot to visit is Manzanillo, Mexico. You can also find him in the stands watching Vanessa as she ventures into the sport of soccer! Go Vanessa!

Michael has lived in the city of Arlington for around 20 years. Sharing home with him is his wife and three kids (1 boy and 2 girls). The Mark family also has 2 dogs running around.
Michael began his career at Guinco in 2007 and his customers love him. He brings many years of experience from several companies. We are excited to have Michael on board!
Mike listens to any kind of music and loves to play golf. His favorite movie is "Star Wars" (all 6 movies we assume). If Michael were to chill on the beach in Cancun, he'd be reading "1984". His team is the Dallas Cowboys! Now that's what we're talkin' about!

Full Line Service Tech Joe has made Fort Worth, Texas home for over two decades. He has been making his home in Haslet for the past few years with his lovely wife, Stephanie, stepson Gavin Jones, and gorgeous baby girl Gabrielle!
He began work at Guinco in October 2005 and took over as Warehouse / Shop Tech. From there he moved into our Parts Department. Now, he is a very much in demand service tech for the northern Metroplex area. Talk about coming up through the ranks! Previously, he worked as an automotive maintenance tech and UPS customer service rep. Oh and a cook..... how come you've not cooked for us yet, Joe?!
The Copeland family has Bruce the dog and Doc the cat at home. He likes to spend time with his family, remodel the house and tinker with stuff. Joe will listen to rock, classic rock and classical guitar music. He is a "Pulp Fiction" fan, and loves to read the Bible and any home improvement books that catch his eye.
Joe's favorite place is just somewhere nice and serene, away from the big city. That does sound relaxing! And he likes his Cowboys! Go Cowboys!

Full Line Service Tech Tim has resided in Farmers Branch for the last 22 years. Before joining Guinco this spring of 2011, he worked many job including appliance technician, J.T. manager, and was in oil exploration (now that just sounds interesting). His home crew are his wife, 3 children (ages 30, 27, and 25) and his 2 dogs.
Tim's spare time is spent reading and wood turning. Also sounds interesting! Tim, we'd like to see this sometime. Really! His favorite kind of music is Christian rock. When is comes to movies, he's a huge Action/Adventure and SciFi fan. To back up his claim to SciFi fandom, his favorite place to be is at home reading Battlefield Earth.
Of course, Tim roots for the home team: Dallas Cowboys! Tim is also a member of Second Chance Ministries!

Full Line Service Tech Josh lived in Sherman for 23 years, but has more recently lived in Ft. Worth. He has been part of the Guinco Family since Spring 2011, but before joining us, he worked at Grayson Collin Appliance from 2005-2010 and Accent Appliance from 2010-2011. He brings lots of experience to our group and we're glad to have him!
When Josh is not repairing your appliances, he's most likely out out either racing or fixing up his car or playing softball for the Guinco Penguins. His favorite kinds of music are mostly country and rock. He has no favorite movie because they all interest him in some way. So, then wouldn't that make them ALL your favorite, Josh? His favorite books are the Twilight Saga. Um, so are you Team Edward or Team Jacob? We'll keep everyone posted!
Josh's favorite sports teams are the Dallas Cowboys and the Guinco Penguins!

Full Line Service Tech Allen joined the Guinco family back in 2008. He lives in Azle with wife, Toni, and daughters Madison, Braelyn and Audrey. The Randall household is run by their three cats, Mirra, Pider and Garvi. Allen has had a very diverse and colorful career path before joining us: Sailor (U.S. Navy for 7 years), painter, actor and Philly cheesesteak specialist.
When he has the chance, Allen enjoys drawing and playing video games. He does not really listen to music but is big fan of talk radio WBAP 820. Favorite movies include the "Spiderman" series, "Green Mile", "Ice Pirates", "Caddy Shack" and all of the "Lord of the Rings". If he's not watching "Lord of the Rings", then he'll settle for reading it!
Milano's Italian Restaurant is Allen's favorite haunt (yum!). His favorite sports teams? The Dallas Cowboys. (He said Jets too, but we chose to exercise our editing rights.) Go Cowboys!

Full Line Service Tech Ricky lives way up in Van Alstyne and has been there for the past 6 years. He has been a part of the Guinco Family since Summer 2011 but, before joining us, he worked at Grayson Appliance (with his younger brother Josh) for almost a decade! At home, Ricky and his wife, DeAnn, have two beautiful daughters, Taylor and Parker. They also have 3 dogs and a pet turtle named Franklin!

We're still waiting for our live concert, Ricky! Some of his favorite movies include "Training Day," "Days of Thunder," and "Urban Cowboy." Angel moved from Chicago to Fort Worth in 2006 with the help of big brother Rafael (who also works for us). He's been with us since November of 2006 and is a huge help to the Guinco family.
Angel and his gorgeous fiance Brittany welcomed their first son, Jordan, into the family last year. Now Coco (family shitzou) has a brother!
Angel likes to listen to hip hop and R&B, but will listen to pretty much anything if it sounds good. His taste in movies runs from "Dumb & Dumber" and "Crash" to "The Last Samurai". When snuggled up with Brittany and little Jordan, his favorite book is "The Polar Express." His favorite place to hang out is downtown Chicago by the lake. Hopefully he'll find a nice lake here in the metroplex to unwind at.
Angel has been banned by the boss from playing full contact sports since a serious injury playing "flag" football for the Penguins side lined him in 2009, but he likes watching soccer and basketball. His fave team is the Miami Heat.

Full Line Service Tech Taylor has lived in North Richland Hills for three years, and been with Guinco as an HVAC & Appliance technician since spring 2009. This young man has a multitude of skills under his Karate belt, such as plumber, mechanic, lawncare, body shop, carpenter, electrical and, of course, karate instructor. Family includes mom and dad, two brothers and three sisters (one of which is Taylor's twin).
Taylor is into camping, skiing.... any type of sport and exercise. Did we mention karate? Musically he'll listen to just about anything except new style rap. When working out, rock n roll is required. Taylor is a big fan of the movie "National Treasure" and will read a western novel or two. Where does he like to camp? Colorado, of course!
Taylor also plays for the Guinco Penguin flag football and softball teams, and cheers on the hometown favorite Dallas Cowboys. A certified scuba diver, second degree blackbelt, and licensed amateur radio operator....... where do you find the time for us, Taylor???

HVAC Service Manager Gary has lived with his lovely wife Lisa and their four kids in the Lake Worth/Saginaw area of Texas for several years, but has been in the Fort Worth area for a total of 16 years. He claims one dog, one cat and one bearded dragon! Nice!
Gary came to Guinco in early 2002 and helped Jeff get the HVAC side of the business started up. He heads up an entire crew and works long hours to keep the Guinco customers cool in the Texas heat. Before coming to Guinco he gained his formidable knowledge in this field over the years as service manager for various companies. Gary also served in the U.S. Marine Corp during Desert Storm.
We trust our resident magician to always have a trick or two up his sleeve. Gary is a member of the Alliance of Illusionists and the Society of American Magicians. He also likes to listen to either classic rock or country music and favors the movie "Braveheart".
During off time, Gary would prefer to be found in St. John, U.S.V.I. But if he can't make it to the Caribbean, he'll escape into a Tom Clancy novel. He also is a big fan of the Cowboys. Gary is now a PADI certified Dive Instructor and if you want to learn how to scuba.... he's your man!

Caleb has lived here in Fort Worth the past 17 years and has been with Guinco since Summer 2011. Caleb has the thankless job of delivering parts to technicians. As all of you know, driving around the Metroplex can be "challenging", so we wish him safe driving and patience every day! He previously worked at Royal Pizza as a cook. Home consists of his mom, dad, and 2 younger sisters.If he's not working then he'll most likely be out racing his 1980 model Monte Carlo on a 1/4 mile dirt track. He loves listening to all kinds of music. His favorite movie is Austin Powers: Gold Member and his favorite shows are Desperate House Wives and Glee. Apparently he reads the Thesaurus, but that can't be accurate.
Caleb's favorite place to be is Stephenville. He also really wishes that he was good at baseball, but he's not, so instead he just loves cheering for the Texas Rangers. Well, okay then!
Victor Ramirez

Victor has lived Fort Worth since birth.... which wasn't very long ago! He started working for Guinco very recently. Before Guinco he worked for BISD and Great Outdoors. His family includes his Mom, Dad, and 3 brothers. He also has a dog. Victor's family goes by titles only, apparently.... brother, dog.... Hey, Victor you and Brennan should get together and let Dog and Cat have a play date!Victor loves playing soccer and basketball. His favorite type of music is rap and he loves watching The Hangover (a huge favorite among the Guinco guys). When he's not out playing sports or listening to music, he's in Cancun reading Dr.Seuss. I think somebody got ahold of Victor's bio before he turned it in... but then again, we did say he's very young!
His favorite teams are the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and the Texas Rangers. I'm sure at some point in the near future he will grow to love any number of the Guinco Penguin teams. Victor has also just become a member the Guinco Running Club.
